Designer By Your Side
Creating a beautiful clutter-free room or entire home takes a starting point and an intuitive eye. If you lack a starting point, are afraid to make a decision or a mistake, or just need advice, access to a designer is invaluable. In Nicole, you will have an objective, impartial guide to help you find your start and end points. Our Designer By Your Side Service is designed to:
- answer your questions and give you clarity and a starting point
- give you a general idea of what it will take to design one room or your entire home
- give you peace of mind and a foundation upon which you can begin to make decisions
- help you arrange accessories, hang art or provide small refreshes to different areas of your home
In our experience, a minimum of 3 hours is usually required for any type of consultation, to allow time for questions and any needed measurements, as well as input on your specific questions and needs.
This service includes:
- Complementary initial assessment to walk you through the help you need and the goals for our time together
- 3 to 4 hours in your home
- Detailed written summary provided after the consultation for your reference
- 2 phone calls or emails for up to 2 to 4 follow up questions
Past clients have used this time with Nicole to:
- Ask any question they’ve had about their ideas for home design
- Refine their own design style or blend that of them and their spouse
- Learn more about color and how to use it correctly
- Avoid costly mistakes for furniture they’re considering, prior to purchasing
- Have a starting point from which to make decisions for room layout, function, flow, wall color or overall color palette, furnishings, fabric and accessories
- Have in-home guidance to hang photos and art, pull together a room, do light space planning and accessorize a room

Additional time may be purchased between $50 and $125 per hour, depending on services needed.
